How does WeSellYourMotor work?
We act as a broker between you and potential buyers or dealers. You tell us your minimum price, send us your details and photos, and we handle enquiries, negotiations, and outreach to our network. You stay in control — we never own your car.
Do you buy vehicles directly?
No. We don’t purchase or store vehicles. We connect you with serious buyers and dealers, making the selling process quicker and easier without you dealing with time-wasters.
How do you make money?
We charge a small upfront fee based on your car’s value. This fee is covered by our 14-Day Selling Guarantee — if we don’t generate serious buyer interest within 14 days, we refund you in full (subject to fair terms).
What is the 14-Day Seller Guarantee?
If your car doesn’t attract genuine buyer interest within 14 days, we’ll refund your fee in full. The guarantee applies if your car is fairly priced, information and photos are accurate, and you respond to buyers within 24 hours.
Do I keep my car whilst it’s being sold?
Yes. Your car always stays with you until it’s sold. In the future, we may offer collection, storage, or consignment services, but currently you keep the vehicle at all times.
What kind of vehicles do you accept?
We list most cars — from everyday runarounds to prestige and performance vehicles. The only cars we cannot list are those without proper paperwork (e.g. V5C logbook) or with unresolved legal issues
Do I need to clean or prepare my vehicle?
Yes. Clean, well-presented cars sell faster and for more money. We’ll provide a simple photo guide to help you take the right pictures. In the future, we’ll also partner with detailers and mechanics for optional prep services.
How quickly will my car sell?
Many cars attract interest within a few days. With our 14-day guarantee, you know you won’t be left waiting — and if strong interest exists but the car hasn’t sold, we keep marketing it until it does.
Who handles payment when the vehicle is sold?
Payment is always made directly between you and the buyer/dealer. We never touch the money. This keeps you safe and in full control of the transaction.
What if I change my mind after listing?
If you decide not to sell after we’ve listed your car, our fee is non-refundable (except under the 14-day guarantee).
